I’m no Mel Kiper (no hair gel for me), but any team that takes Bulaga ahead of Okung, based on the data you’d have today I think would probably be stretching. The guy is just a monster. That said, if the first OT happens to go 5 (KC) it could be Bulaga, since Pioli and Ferentz have a relationship.
No offense to Bulaga
But if KC picks him 5th…that would be a bad call. They need about 15 players, and trading that pick to get 2 or 3 lower ones would make a TON more sense. I see Bulaga as a good, servicable starting lineman in the NFL (think Steinbach), but not nearly one with the impact that a top 5 pick needs to have.
