and I'm talking about the whining and pissing and moaning of our fanbase every time something goes wrong.  Have some perspective people...this team is where it is because of Kirk Ferentz and not in spite of him.  Where is this team you ask?  The 2nd most respected team in the Big Ten.  A tough...gritty team that fields a respectable squad year in and year out.  We have a coaching staff that does in fact coach players up consistently.  McNutt, Sash, Stanzi, Greenwood, A-Rob, etc. have turned into great players and it's not because they came to town with world-beating talent...it's because they have worked their asses off and the coaches have molded them into warriors of the gridiron.
