I saw this on Sunday Night Football on NBC on November 21. They are adding solar panels and wind turbines to the Philadelphia Eagles' stadium (Lincoln Financial Field, aka The Linc). I never thought that place was pretty from the outside, but I think the wind turbines make it look like crap. On the other hand, the turbines, solar panels, and a small natural gas/biodiesel plant in the parking lot are supposed to supply all the energy the place needs, so... While it is nice to be nicer to mother earth, they better never add wind turbines to the top of Kinnick.
