By now, you're probably seen the rousing post game speech that Paul Rhoads gave to his players last year after they defeated heavily favored Nebraska 9-7. As one YouTube commentor so eloquently put it:

Anyway. Now, after his team beat (formerly) #22 Texas 28-21, Paul Rhoads gives his team a similar, and equally inspirational speech:
