This site's very own esteemed editor, RossWB, today expressed his enthusiasm at the prospect of a Holtz Family line of succession at the University of Minnesota for the sheer absurdity/comedy of it.  To be sure, the lisping and poor-mouthing and aww, shucks-ing that would ensue could fill an entire year's worth of BHGP posts.  However, in looking forward at what hilarious sequel of failure our Northern rivals have planned, it becomes easy to forget just how special these last few years have been.  Thankfully, none other than the Daily Gopher has provided us with a healthy dose of nostalgia in forms both pictorial and verbal.

Oh, Tim, we hardly knew ye (in the way you hardly know the dude on the bus who pisses himself while drunkenly unconscious).
