ESPN3 has all of the ESPN/ESPN2/ABC games (unless they’re blacked out locally) but not the game on ESPNU? I guess they’re trying to force more cable providers to ad ESPNU.

Problem with these afternoon games
is that you’re matching teams that are essentially identical. Both Michigan and Indiana have potent offenses and no defense between the two of them. Wisconsin and Michigan State are essentially the same team, but one wears Red and White and the other wears Green and White.

If Sparty is in his traditional tailspin by the time we play them, that is good. I might rather they lose, and be in a mood to systematically destroy Michigan’s QBs next week. What I want from Wisco is a softened-up John Clay. Doesn’t matter to me as much if they win, we can beat them with Clay slowed down a little.

Put in his running quarterback to try to run the ball in on 2nd and goal with about 30 seconds and no timeouts left. Doesn’t get there, they don’t have a next play ready to go, and after some confusion they run some subs on the field just in time to get one last snap off (good coaching would’ve allowed them two more plays) but because of the confusion the snap goes over the quarterback’s head and time runs out (and Tennessee falls on the ball, anyway).
But then, the discussion below revolves around the fact that Tennessee also tried to run some subs on when they saw LSU doing it, but they ended up with 13 men on the field, so there was a flag, and LSU kept the ball and got one more untimed down. LSU ended up winning the game.

Things were so chaotic that the refs missed it, then reviewed it. I’m about 99.99999% sure they can’t do that.

I know you can review a penalty to see if it shouldn’t have been called. Didn’t know you could review to see if one SHOULD have been called when it wasn’t. Also, if we’re going to take penalties on after-the-fact, LSU should have gotten flagged for unsportsmanlike since one of their lineman took his helmet off and spiked it before the play was over (understandable reaction on his part, but still…)
