Is Kelly returning to Iowa?

I have heard some rumors on the interweb that Jake Kelly may be thinking of returning to the Hawkeyes. Rumors say he is unhappy at Indiana State and regrets his decision to leave. Kelly is out for the rest of the year at Indiana State due to an ACL tear. I would think that Lick would welcome him back with open arms. The rumor mongers say that cut-off for him to return is rapidly approaching. Can any of the brilliant and connected BHGP posters confirm or debunk this rumor?
