Playoff football is a bit boring today with the Pats getting spanked by the Ravens this afternoon. I figured I might as well throw this up if anyone is watching the meet online, or on TV. Apparently, IPTV is airing this in Iowa. Otherwise, you can find the meet here.
Hopefully the Hawkeyes can make Iowa State their bitch again.

He’s clearly better than Jensen.

Mueller's doing everything he can to avoid giving up bonus points.
Metcalf has to be frustrated at this point.
Gotta say I'd be disappointed here with only 3 points from Metcalf.

I guess that pretty much sums up how he felt about that match.
by The Mexican't on Jan 10, 2010 3:49 PM CST up reply actions
You could tell he was frustrated
Between the stalling warnings and the barrage of stoppages, he never really got a chance to get going. And, of course, he still won by four points.

Yeah. He looked upset.
Standing up and shaking his head on 2 or 3 different occasions. If he sees Mueller again in St Louis, I expect he’ll get a pin with the first 3 mins.

135 yards on 21 carries (6.4 avg), and the TD. I couldn’t understand why they decided to rush Jones in the short yardage situation. Without that touchdown run, he was only averaging one yard per carry.

By the way, you can also tell he’s in significantly better shape than last season.

what the hell is up with keddy this year?
he is dragging ass and not as fast off the mat. Is he hurt?

He’s not looked that great this year. Ward winning at the Iowa-ISU dual really shook him up, it seems.

To be fair, Ward has also been very good this year.
Whatever Jackson has been teaching him is working.
He beat Pucillo from OSU in the semis, and Pucillo’s another tough guy at 184.

Big TD for Keddy.
I don’t see anything from Ward so far that tells me Keddy’s in any trouble for anything worse than a decision.

Completely OT
With Carroll leaving for Seattle. Who ends up at USC and how many losses are on their schedule next season?
according to ESPN, my little sister could coach them to a national title
just look at all those athletes
I for one
don’t care who takes it over. I think they lose 4 games next year. teams in the Pac 10 will smell the blood in the water. They got handled in several Pac 10 games this year and with a new coach I think it will be another 2 years before they are a top 5 team again. Athletes or not, you need consistancy and good coaching to get those athletes to gel properly.
