NY Jets have 2 holdout running backs
Sure, they've only missed voluntary workouts and there's still plenty of time for them to ink a deal, but they might want to keep an eye over their shoulder. In case they've forgotten:
"Last month, the Jets drafted hard-charging rookie running back Shonn Greene as the heir apparent to Jones and feel he can step right in if Jones stages a bitter holdout."

Greene could hold out
and really have the Jets by the balls

Or he could just sign his deal
the Jets don’t strike me as one of the franchises retarded enough to trade up for a guy, then try to stiff him on the contract.
Get into camp, win himself a sizable role in the offense then have a better shot at bigger cash rewards in the form of his 2nd contract.
Good situation for Shonn either way.

Jones holding out is good news
But I really think Greene will be a lot better off if Washington is around to split carries and take some of the pressure off of him on passing plays.
