My friends and I have wanted to give the southern portion of the state to Missouri for years.
It would raise the collective IQ of both states. >ba-dum tsh<
Maybe Penn State just beat us to the punch.
(And for the record, I’m from Sioux City, so I know all about worthless parts of the state.)
