Cynic in a bottle

OK, I've read KF's presser remarks today. I'm fighting the cynicisim with all I have. He did not offer one glimmer of hope that the Offense is any better now than they were at the end of last season. My mantra has been IT'S THE O-LINE STUPID!. I wont' say that, I won't even write it. I'll wait. Wait to see if the hawks grind out 16 points against the mighty Black Bears of Maine. Wait to see the running game struggle. To see fans claime...hey give them a break, man ! Maine was stacking the box all day long. I'll wait to see the D outscore the O on Saturday. I hope I am wrong. I'll keep it in a bottle, for now.

Say, about this controlled scrimmage this weekend? Anyone know if we’re hiring refs or putting the red vests on the QBs? And are the starters going more than a series or two? Just curious.
