"This is a step in the process"

Think about this for a second.  This team was ranked #1 for the better part of the year.  Won the BXI and placed 9 guys in the NCAAs.  Won the NCAA team title pretty convincingly with 2 national champions.  And this is just a step in the process.
How driven is this man for perfection?  Just how badly does not not only want to win, but to win everything and win it in such a convincing fashion that there is no 2nd place, only 1st and a pile of goo next to it.  He needs to have all the guys win titles.  To have all 10 guys in the NCAAs.  None of this consolation bracket crap.  All winning, all the time.
Don't you wish we had, and could support, that attitude all the time?
