Rothwegher

Looks like Brandon Wegher has an idol in Matt Roth. I approve, just don't poke someones eye out at with a Pool Cue in downtown Iowa City.

hmm

Wasn’t that Jon Buetjer’s roommate (he was an OL and his name escapes me) that poked some kid in the eye with a pool que at SpoCo.

I think Matt Roth’s claim to fame was the fact he beat up the Vito’s bouncer staff because they told him to put his shirt back on.

Sam Aiello

And you are correct, he had the pool cue.

Sam Aielllo!

Hell of a guy. And speaking of Aiello, I’d argue that him punching The Future (Feutjer?) in the face because of an argument over the cable bill was the single most important moment in Iowa Football history since the hiring of Hayden Fry. Without that, no one would have ever heard of Brad Banks because Beutjer would have wound up taking over the QB job after McCann graduated.

You are correct sir

Roth looked like more of a Vito’s guy anyway. Hell, even I was a Vito’s guy for that one fateful fall semester my sophomore year. I remember trying to figure out where all the women came from on those Thursday nights. It’s like they came out of the cracks of the walls; you never saw them during the daytime. You all had a Vito’s phase too right? Right?

Yes

I had a Vito’s phase, and from what I remember it lasted much longer than your one semester.

Went there once for lunch.

That’s the extent of my Vito’s phase.

Lunch?

I didn’t even know they served food. I went there for the women. And by women I mean vixens.
