IS PSYCHO SPARTY DEAD?
PSYCHO SPARTY LIVES OR DIES = WHAT SAY YOU? AND HOW DO YOU FIND HOW TO POST !!!
Is the MSU Spartan football team going to curl up and croak unexpectedly after looling like world beaters this year? Not so fast... they have not hung that signature win on the window yet for the casual drive-by fan to see. It will come.. then.... without warning... a miserable game where it leaves people on the street, downtown looking up past the tallest building asking WTF? There are others you know.. In recent years.. Kanas State, Clemson, Cal, NC State, UCLA have all worn the pointed cap. This years' MSU team seems different, they seem grounded (after all they are one of the Big Ten three hold outs from the spread offense). Spartan fans carry themsleves in public - shirtless - as if they were Sparty as if to say..."this year, we beat Michigan godamit" and we'll smoke Iowa and Indiana too ! You tell me?

I hope the psycho era is over
But I’ll believe it when I see it. That starts with sweeping Iowa and NW the next two weeks.

We've smoked Indiana...past tense.
First of all, I object to the use of the term “Psycho” to describe MSU. All Spartan fans know that “schizophrenic” or “bipolar” is much more accurate.
Second, I think that very few fans are taking anything for granted this year…remember, you’re talking about a team who lost last year when Christensen could only complete five passes. If they choke, it won’t because of a late season collapse, it’ll be because four of the last five games are these: Ohio State, @ Michigan (who knows which way that game will go), Wisconsin, and @ Penn State. I don’t think any loss from here on out will be shocking. Disappointing, most likely, but all the teams are good enough that it wouldn’t shock me if MSU lost…well, maybe with the exception of Purdue, that is.
